BLACK LABEL CONCRETE SEALER has a special blend of proprietary solvents and the middle resin percentage in our concrete sealer system. This allows for an ultimate concrete sealer wear coat and easy application. One coat is all that is needed for a wear coat; a 2nd coat may be needed to even out the appearance.
